I had a very disappointing experience at this IAA location. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The staff treats drivers with little to no respect, and the attitude is often rude and unprofessional. What’s even more concerning is that the behavior sometimes feels discriminatory. Very small laid back not many cars I wish they update inventory
IAA Paducah, the only place where they don't load the car front-end and the loader is an extremist and can't answer basic words like "the vehicle starts" and "drive".
Made a payment for vehicle here. Super convenient and friendly customer service.
