I sold my van to I.V. Auto and encountered probably the worst service I ever have anywhere. It is clear that this place doesn't care much for good customer service. Both Garon at the office and the tow driver that showed up clearly did no respect our time or business. Garon at the office scheduled for the tow driver to show up on Monday "sometime between 8am and 5pm".
