Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not safe — your stuff will get stolen, especially if it’s valuable. The management refuses to help or show any camera footage. Don’t believe the 5-star reviews; they’re misleading. This place is nothing but stress and loss.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My belongings worth around $2,000 were stolen from my storage unit. The company has cameras but refuses to show the footage or do anything to help. You never see any staff in person — it feels like they hide behind excuses.
