Hands down the best home inspector we have dealt with! Knowledgeable, thorough and his professionalism is unmatched! He does the inspection, termites and radon so no need to use anyone else! His inspection report was extremely detailed which made it super easy to follow. Not only is he a great inspector but he’s extremely enjoyable to work with. My husband and I highly recommend Rob!
The only call you need to make. After reading many reports during my home search, one company’s clearly stood out. I easily scheduled my home inspection with I-Spy. Rob’s report is clear, concise, and very thorough. He arrived on time and was very professional. There were no ambiguities, mystery switches, unknown pipes or surprises. Rob was prompt, professional and explained everything during the inspection of a townhome I am purchasing.
