Jason was fantastic, a great help!
The care I've gotten here is thorough and very specialized for dry eye. However, it would be helpful if reception answered the phone consistently. I have found it confusing and difficult to get in touch and communication was not clear as to the scheduling of my appointments. I thought I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for a specific day, but it was not the case and it had to be postponed for two months due to miscommunication. It would be great if communication via email and phone was clear and streamlined.
My experience with I See Optometry over the years has been stellar! What prompted me to write this review, however, was the recent amazing experience I had with Dr. Fife and the other clinic staff when I had a flare up of ocular rosacea just prior to my wedding. What bride wants to walk down the aisle with a huge stye in her eye!! I called the clinic in a panic and the wonderful receptionist, Berthe, was completely empathetic to my predicament and arranged for me to see Dr. Fife same day on an emergency basis. Hello, I started to go there a few years ago and I had several vision issues due to the time I spend in front of a screen for work. Their experience with dry-eyes is no less than a must-have for anyone working at a desk out there...
