We were from out of town and noticed both glasses and contact lenses had been left at home. I called I See Optometry and explained the situation. I sent them the contact RX by email, and they got right back to me. They were amazing and gave us a five day trial pack free of charge. Great customer service!! You saved the day a weekend!
I purchased my eyeglasses at Vezina Gloucester centre. Christene was very helpful and knowledgeable in finding my glasses the way i like them. She was very in tune with what i liked. This was my first visit at this Optician and i am sure i will use this centre again.
I discovered this place for my eye needs and met an optometrist by the name of Robert he was truly amazing. I had some previous issues with progressive lenses and unsatisfactory services at several other businesses. Robert listened to all of my concerns and answered my questions with informative information while providing me with excellent service, he was kind and patient. My wife and I ended-up at “I see Optometry” chasing down Dr. Giraldo who was practicing at a different location when we first met. As usual, we got very good service from him, and he was very honest about prescription changes as well as very knowledgeable and professional about our overall eye’s health.
