My wife and I hired IS Enterprises, Inc to do a major renovation at our home in Marthas Vineyard. IS moved their construction workers from Washington, DC to Marthas Vineyard to do the renovation. What would have normally taken 1 1/2 years by local contractors, IS completed the work in six (6) months. The renovation included a complete demo of the existing house. They did the work way within the allotted time . They completed all the work and did extra. The left my home neat and clean. I would give them a reference for work with my family and friends.
The experience with this contactor was great. There were no problems for them to do what I wanted, and giving me suggestions on how it should be done.
Italo and Eddie were great to work with! My job was complex with some fixed short-term milestones within the larger scope of the project, and they were able to work with me to meet those important deadlines. Their team showed up consistently and worked hard, even in the stretch of 100-degree days we had in July! I think the pricing was fair and the few change orders we had were legitimate and reasonable.
