I was referred to Dr. Laflamme by my general dentist. Once I was in the chair I was diagnosed and a course of treatment was recommended. Prior to starting my procedure one of the office staff brought me a written treatment plan and demanded a credit card to hold until I was finished. I found this to be an odd request but I provided it as they would not proceed without it. Had a root canal with Dr. Massoth today. Not only is he a wonderful and kind man but also a real pro. I was dreading this particular appointment as i only ever heard bad things about root canals. But to my pleasant surprise the Dr. and his assistant did a brilliant job with me. As the Dr said at the end of the procedure, "we just sailed away" through it. Cant thank him enough.
