Firelands Manor is a hole. Property manager has overcharged tenants on utility bills and even tried to deposit my rent check into her personal account. Place is full of pot holes, run down trailers, and drug addicts.

Could not pay me to live on or in one of I&R Properties again. Not only is the rent prices outrageous the lot rent is ridiculous also. Previous Park Manager did his best with the equipment and little supplies he had to get jobs done with no appreciation or thank you from anyone. The water has been shut off by the city a few times too because I&R didn't pay their water bills. Local companies refuse to contract work through I&R because they have yet to be paid for previous work they where hired to do. Midtown Manor is looking ... read more

Fix up this place. We wouldn't mind paying if this place was worth the money we spend to live there. Wy pay onetime when nothing in this park gets done on time

the bottom line is money – I am looking at some of the doom and gloom reports here and alot of my friends who do business with these people say they take forever to pay. One company told them that he could not be their bank.. well people it is a sign of the times .. they want there money and if you are late you signed an agreement to pay a thirty dollar late fee.. A HUGE INVESTMENT, GOING TO TAKE A LOSS! – We purchased close to a $90,000 (a year ago) manufactured home and added a 12 x 28 ft. covered deck and two car carport. We were told the water problems with the drainage in the yard would be taken care of and the Black Top driveway would be repaired and resealed. My husband at the age of 76 years old ended up digging 3 ditches 100 ft one at 75 ft and another in the back 100 ft, he bought the black piping and gravel and we got rid of the yard water. Great Place to Ruin Your Car!!! – This place refuses to do any maintenance at all! I have lived in Key Estates in Norwalk, Ohio for many years now. It has gone down since the day I moved in. We lost our last manager because she moved off site. She was fired for this reason. Now we have none available and from the looks of things they do not plan on hiring anyone. Slum Lords – I have lived as a tenant in their properties for a while now. While the lease states that heat is included there is no heat in the winter. They keep it turned down so low that tenants have to use space heaters. This raises the tenants electric bill quite a bit. It also creates a dangerous situation for the entire building. The electrical wiring is so old that outlets are burning out because of the space heaters. I have 2 that burned up and also fried a power strip.
