I had them change my battery 14 days ago they broke my censor & the strip near my volume up & down button causing my volume buttons not to work. Upon bringing my phone elsewhere they opened my phone in front of me & my censor was all bent up along with the broken strip near my volume buttons he informed me these issues can cause domino effect malfunctions and with any further issues he recommends a new phone. My customer care person is named Adam
