Standing at the counter while the 2 receptionists deal with one client!! .. 15mins later was asked if they could help🤬 .. 45 mins after arrival and 30 mins after appointed time still waiting!! just ignorant!!
Brilliant clinic. From reception staff to tech staff, a great experience.
Wrong location.
After booking an MRI through their website for their Kanwal clinic and receiving a call from their reception to discuss "out of pocket fees", I called and was informed they charge $330 and this charges have no Medicare rebate. I then requested my appointment to be cancelled for now, as I was not expecting the out of pocket fees, to which the receptionist started abusing me for cancelling the appointment last minute.
