I have trust issues thanks to Dusty I no longer have dust issues. Allowing Dusty and her team into our home to do an amazing job was a great decision. I have really bad allergies that creep up on me after about two weeks. When Dusty does her thing my allergies are gone. Her attention to detail is amazing. Dusty is more like family with a skill that we do not possess. Thank you thank you Dusty.
Somewhat rude in correspondence, poor customer service with long delays in communication for cleaning. The deep clean provided for 450$ did not meet expectations as there was still dust in the master bedroom and bathroom. Requests for repeat cleanings were difficult to schedule, and cancelled by the business. One cleaning was cancelled 30 minutes before expected cleaning.
