Good Food, Good Location and Good Decor – I go to Thai East Atlanta about once a month. I enjoy the dimmed lights, soft music, and the relaxed atmosphere I find there. No one is RUSHING me to eat and move. Although I am always trying something I haven't tried before, I enjoy their Sushi in general and basil beef is an item I find myself repeating a lot. Amazing thai food...even better sushi – I have eaten at I Love Thai Cafe many times. I have recently become obsessed with their $1 sushi on Monday and Tuesday nights. The menu varies in flavours, but hands down I find the sushi to be spectacular. The cusomer service is amazing and I am always greeted with a smile. EAV’s only Thai spot works in a pinch but is no destination. – In Short East Atlanta Village has long gotten the “Virginia Highland in the Making” tag. The hip village of restaurants, shops and bars welcome both cool youngsters and expecting newlyweds. i found this restaurant a few months ago and its probably my favorite in eav. its not expensive so i go there a few times a week especially for sushi. it doesnt hurt the new waitress they have is very cute too! haha so far the the thai dishes ive had were great and they have some of the freshest sushi ive had! theyve also kinda let me create my own roll before so that was cool. theyve changed their artwork twice since ive been goin there but i was told they change it about every 6 weeks or so. a very chill place to hang out ... read more

Blech! – First off, I give anything in EAV a free star. So I really wanted this place to be good. But, honestly, it?s pretty terrible. Our waitress was very touchy feely and layed on the southern charm extremely thick. So thick that it came of as fake almost condescending. Too much smoke – I've eaten there several times and now refuse to return. They allow smoking at the bar, which is located in the dining area. The smoke was over bearing the last time I was there. If you enjoy smoke while eating sushi, this is the place to go.

Just average – I wanted to like it, really, since it's one of the closest Thai restaurants to where we live. The food was just so average though. The masaman curry only had potatoes, peas and carrots. I like it with avocado, cashews and some stuff that makes it special ~~ The sushi just didn't seem so fresh and tasted so-so.
