I really decided to stop coming here after this time. I gave them a few chances because it’s so close to me and the food is decent. Every time I order to go they never know what my order is and they are confused even though I gave them 30 minutes to prepare the order. After they finally find my order I have to wait in the restaurant 15+ more minutes for them to cook everything. There’s only one service person and it’s rarely busy inside. Poor service and watery unflavored pho. When i ask the hispanic cashier to talk to the owner, she rudely google translated that she was the manager and I need to talk to her only. I noticed that this so called manager treated her mexican friends with first class service compared to service given to my meal..I will never return to this place. Is this a mexican or vietnamese eatery ? Wasted my money and energy to voice my complaint to the owner.

This was my family's first visit to this restaurant. When we walked in the restaurant appeared clean. It took about 5 minutes to be seated, but about 15 before the waitress greeted us and took our drink orders. I had questions about the menu, but there was a serious language barrier. She didn't speak English and I can't speak Spanish!! The questions weren't answered. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with chicken fried rice.
