RecommendedTJ just replaced the main springs on my garage door; one had snapped. Both guys were quick, efficient, no BS. 20-25 minutes and they were done. I’d definitely recommend them again.
Last October I messaged I Know A Guy because the spring to our garage door broke and was unable to open it and we were in a dilemma because who uses the Front door these days??!! I didn’t expect I Know A Guy to be able to come out the next day and fixed it for us that fast!!! We must have the worst luck because 1 year later, the spring broke again and long behold TJ was able to come out and fixed it for us the following day after i contacted him. Entire staff very friendly and helpful. Same day service to replace broken spring (car was stuck in garage) at a very fair price. Extremely good communication. Just over all awesome service. TJ was the guy who helped us and he was very knowledgeable and fast. Will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone looking.
Talk about a prompt and professional business owner/company! WOW TJ was out to my place within an hour, assessed/fix and didn't break the bank.
