As potential homebuyers we used Joe as our inspector on 2 properties. So glad we had him on our side. In a market where all homes are purchased "as-is" you really need someone thorough, competent, and transparent with their findings to have your back. Joe was all those things in both cases, and very responsive in clarifying the findings in his report, sharing a high-level assessment of the implications (cost, potential repair tactics, long-term considerations of the shortcomings identified, etc.).
