I had an outstanding experience with "I Got Wood"! I used their online service to order custom wood for a balcony hand rail, and everything was so easy. The ordering portal was intuitive, and Brett Paragreen was incredibly helpful, he organised the delivery within just a couple of days. The delivery driver was also fantastic, he carried all the wood up the stairs with a smile. The wood itself was top quality, straight, solid, and exactly what I needed. I couldn't be happier with the whole process!
Absolutely outstanding experience. The team delivered genuine old-fashioned customer service, honest, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. Nothing felt too hard, and their communication and transparency gave complete confidence when dealing with the team. It’s rare these days to find this level of care and integrity.
