Jacob J was my technician and did an excellent job replacing my water heater. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the plan for replacement, and was transparent about the time it might take to replace the hot water heater. Jacob quickly completed all the work in less than an hour! It was amazing! He cleaned up the little bit of water that was on the garage floor.
