Was needing to get my charging port fixed they had my phone for about a month lost both my SIM trays and my SIM card and messed up my headphone jack and the guy pretty much called me a lier about my SIM trays and card. I had just payed my phone bill to keep services on and he told me I had to go to my service provider to get a new SIM card but T-Mobile family is no more so I had to sign with T-Mobile get new phone down payment the whole works which costed me more money so not a good experience will not go back nor will I rec... read more

Did an incredible job fixing my daughter's phone. She was heart broken when her phone wouldn't turn on and she hadn't backed up photos from her very first plane ride. Shell gave us great service and even ordered a charging port when the 1st one didn't work. Wonderful service!
