This car lot is a joke. Theyre lazy, useless and have terrible customer service. The cars are overpriced pieces of garbage. F*** IFINANCE AS A CARLOT, STAFF , AND A ORGANIZATION

I believe they are horrible in customer service. I also feel the do not complete anything customer ask, even with work done to car that was broken during time of purchase.

I bought a truck from I finance around September 15th 2022.I put $1700 down on a 2011 Dodge Journey with like ****** miles on in. 2 weeks after I bought the truck the check engine light kept coming on and off, so I took it to auto zone and had it put on the computer and the code read it was the crank shaft sensor. The car wouldn't crank up the next day it went into battery save mode. I called I finance and notified them, and they sent a tow truck to pick it up. I purchased a Chevrolet Malibu on Feb 13 of this year. I had the car not even a month before we started having brake and engine problems with the car. I contacted them in March as there is supposed to be a warranty on these cars and the person don **** me a text and told me to take it to a gas station local to me. It was taken to the gas station for the man to look at and he said I would have to drop off and he would get to it eventually. This is my only car so this is not feasible. This is the WORST car company I have ever in my life come to know. Mind you I received 2 cars from their.in less then a year. The first one messed up 3 days after receiving it.thwy came and got the vehicle and kept it for a whole week with out calling to tell me what was wrong with it or a date it would be done. When I finally got it back I was able the use for 2 weeks before it messed up again. I PURCHASED A 2008 CADILLAC ESCALADE IN WHICH THE FIRST WEEK THE TRUCK LEFT ME STRANDED I CALL THE TOW TRUCK COMPANY TO HAVE IT TOWED TO MY HOUSE THE NEXT DAY THEY CAME TO PICK IT UP IN WHICH I HAD TO CATCH A RIDE TO AND FROM WORK AFTER FINALLY GETTING MY TRUCK BACK NOW 2 WEEKS LATER MY TRUCK IS BACK AT A SHOP IT START WITH A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND PLEASE TURN THE CAR OFF IN WHICH I DID SET FOR A FEW MADE IT TO THE AUTOMOTIVE SHOP WHICH NOW I HAVE 7 LIGHTS ON AND A LEAKING ENGINE AND EXPECT ME TO CASH OUT 500.00 MORE DOLLARS... read more

I was very pleased with my experience at I Finance in Nesbit. The salesperson Cindy Timms was very knowledgeable and cared about my input. I was impressed with that.
