Just bought a BMW convertible for my son from Justin two days later the convertible got stuck come to find out that was nothing wrong with the car just something got lodged in the way of the convertible completing its cycle, even though we bought it as is, Justin said that he stands by his BMW’s vehicles and he definitely did. About a year into owning my CRV and it still runs like a kitten. We got it at a fair price, trunk latch was kind of janky but overall we were expecting that for the age and the vehicle is mechanically sound; I couldn't be happier honestly. Good salesguy as well, no pressure. He waited for us to arrive after hours as we lived two hours out. Really appreciative of my first dealership experience. Sold my son a car for $7000. It is completely dead after 7 months. He had to junk it. I won't even go into all the issues it ended up having but let's just say the repair was more than the cost. Also, you should disclose aftermarket catalytic converters. What an immoral thing to do. Be careful here, especially if you're young, they'll take advantage real quick.
I bought a car from I Deal Cars, York and there was a problem soon afterward. This dealership went out of their way to make things right. They were easy to deal with during the entire process. Their communication was fantastic, and Justin, Angela, and Marlene were friendly, helpful, and professional. I drove from Baltimore to buy my car from them, and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Definitely NOT your stereotypical used car dealership. I could not be happier with this transaction.
