I bought an Audi. I told the guy about my horrible experience with my last car. He assured me he stands behind his cars and if there were any major problems inside of 30 days, he would take it back. No questions asked on day three I had a check engine light And low oil light come on. He had his guy check it out and said it was cool when I know all he did was clear the code which bought me another three weeks then he just stopped answering and returning my calls and then they blocked my number. Had an excellent experience with Angie and Justin. They made the process so easy. I got the car that I needed at a reasonable price with great service. Edit: it turns out that there was a fluke problem with the car that I bought , and I thought I was going to be in trouble and I-deal Cars went WELL above and beyond to rectify the problem. I give them my HIGHEST recommendation!! I cannot say enough good!!!
Just wanted to say thank you guys for your efforts. We couldn't get a deal done, that was more my fault than yours. Grateful for the opportunity.
Sales staff was great and honored their word. We bought a car as is, no warranty. Within a week we got a check engine line. They sent it out to have it fixed ( and it was expensive) even though we signed buying the car as is. Definitely a customer for life!!!!
