They put a flyer in my mailbox offering service. I contacted them to hire for lawn service as advertised. What followed was vague, brief texts about the ability to do the job and how busy they were, needing to contract the work through someone else I never met. I asked for weekly mowing several times yet had to prompt someone to come every week to ensure it happened. In the end, he said he's too busy with other projects, and I canceled using them further. Really unfortunate experience for the last 2 months….they have NOT come to mow our lawn. (They typically come twice a month.) We had been using I&D since spring of this year, they came and did a wonderful job…then end of July they mowed and never came back. We reached out multiple times and got “we’ll come today, or tomorrow” and would never come or “we can’t come because of the rain” even if it had been sunny for days. Not sure what happened. We have been using them since the beginning of the year, and they have missed the scheduled "mow" date a couple of times, but got it done a few days later. Right now we haven't seen them in 4 weeks, and they have promised on several occasions (3 times) that they would come out, but haven't. We had a scheduled photo shoot for our property in preparation of selling it, and we have to reschedule with a cancellation penalty. I recently hired ID Landscaping. I can't say that I was pleased with the job they did. I sent the owner of the business a text message and he didn't respond. The reason for this was that he got paid. I would not recommend ID landscaping to anybody. I would have expected the owner of the business to follow up to assure that the things that needed to be done were done to the customers satisfaction but he did no such thing. What is disgrace. You got your money but I didn't get what I paid for. Shame on you ID Landscaping. 👎👎�... read more

I can’t recommend Ivan and his team at ID Landscaping enough! We explored many options to make our dream walkway come to life. Ivan came to meet with my husband and I about 4-5 times to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. His pricing is honest and he follows through precisely!
