Terrible Service! I would not recommend these guys at all... They lied to me about a repair (took 4 days and I had to call for status!) It was just putting new spokes on a wheel, not a big repair at all... and when I tried to explain the situation the guy kept cutting me off. Then told him I was going to write a bad review based on my experience and he said he didn't really care to go right ahead... So here it is! I would not come here again! Hope this helps others....These guys are terrible at customer service! Beware!

Love these guys. They sold me my first bike, and helped me get addicted. Always available for support questions. I highly recommend them.
