Not cool of them to make fun of my fold up bike I ordered online for reasons to fit in my car. Left super angry that they did that in front of my little girl that was excited to pick up my bike. The sad thing is I have been a customer for years when they were not even busy. Yes I do have 1 expensive bike and 2 cheaper fold up bikes so me and wife can ride around together without getting a bike rack. Recommendedgreat service when I bought a bmx bike for my daughter, they made sure everything on the bike was perfect before handing it over and also put accessories on i also purchased for the bike.
The worst experience I’ve had with a business. I ordered a bike online and before placing my order I called to make sure they had it. While on the phone I told them I was ordering it. placed my order and got a order conformation. Called 15 min later and I was told the bike was going out the door and that it was sold from out from under me. Asked when another bike was going to be there and they had no answers. Got a tune up and it was not worth the $99. Tires weren't even aired up and they didn't really treat me like a valid customer.
