During an otherwise unfortunate service situation I had the pleasure of mtg Chad and the guys at I Cycle Bike Shop. In a world full of appointments and scheduling requirements normally aimed at the convenience of the shop THESE GUYS would have none of it. IMMEDIATE HELP, friendly service and all at at fair price!! I bought a second hand bike because I wanted to make sure it is something I am going to use. I took it straight into I cycle. Although they knew they would not make a lot of money fixing my flat tires, they were more than happy to do it and made sure my bike was road ready would recommend them to ANYONE who wants honest and friendly service without being over charged. I will be back to buy one of the more expensive, luxurious bikes, if and when I know for sure, I love riding as mush as I think I will. :)
They have always been helpful and timely! I used to go to bike barn and they took forever to do a basic tune up and would tell me 3-5 days. I have been to I Cycle numerous times and had the work done in the same day and ready to be picked up. Great customer service and just real honest!

Great location, attentive crew, test riding was awesome and easy, plenty to choose from, tried other bike shops this one was overall the best experience
The first time I walked in they made me feel right at home. I got a tour of all the types of bikes and after I bought my first Fuji hybrid they did some minor adjustment to it a couple of times free of charge. I recommend!
Very unhappy with my experience with ICycle Bike Shop. Ordered the wrong part in the middle of the night, called and canceled as soon as they opened. Next day they still bill my card and now over two weeks and still no refund & I'm sure I will get charged the restocking fee even tho they never touched the part. Every time I call I get the run around. Definitely won't be buying from them ever again.

Took a little bit to figure out how to do a refund on a web-based transaction. That was our first refund for an internet sale. Most people know what they want and we send it to them. How about making up your mind before you click that "buy" button? We were happy to do your refund once we got it figured out even though you cost us money paying credit card processing fees because you changed your mind.
