Great Service I had great service when I went to have my exam for new contacts. One of the first places I didn't have to wait for my appointment. They were thorough and very professional. Definately a place I would recommend to my friends and family
Bad customer service My glasses have never been correct and they are of no help. They are nice people but they could care less when they screw up either the eye exam or the lenses. The opticians are clueless on how to adjust frames. Now my lenses are developing hazy spots in the center of the lenses. Never again.
Not a good choice I went to this company hoping for the best results on my 3rd pair of progressive lenses. Huge mistake. Do not spend your money here. I paid $275.00 (my cost) on a pair of lenses that ran about $600.00. The glasses just do not work, and I went back three times and they simply smiled and said its the adjustment of the frames. They tweaked them 3 times to no avail. The prescription is not correct! I tried in vain to let my eyes adjust. I wrote a letter to tell them my problem, and I got no reply whatsoever. Th... read more
