Icare Hospice provided what they promised! Good company good service!
Yesterday I spent the day calling around to hospice agencies and had no luck. I called at 450pm, spoke with Yssa and by 730pm she was at my clients home doing an assessment, got new equipment, and medication ordered. During the initial call, had a warm welcome feeling as the previous agency we had was rude, and did not work on a legal, ethical basis. As of 11am all needed equipment was delivered.
