This office has seen alot of change over the years. Currently they are below par. We ordered glasses for my daughter at college. They were shipped to her at college and she received glasses that had not seen the finishing step of the process - the glass edges of the lenses had not been ground to smoothness, and were very sharp. She called iCare and they said to ship them back or find a local place to do it. They did not apologize. They did not offer free return shipping. Could not see well through the glasses with the new prescription. Costco told us that the glasses were correct for the prescription written, and advised us to go back to the doctor and get the prescription checked again. However, the doctor office won't check the correctness of the prescription without charge, even if it was wrong in the first place, because it was past 60 days.
