Online portal confirmed the only available appointment at 6pm. Came in to find that not only were they closing, they haven’t bothered to contact me and let me know that the appointment was not available
UPDATE: Glad to report that the office did contact my daughter immediately, as offered in their response to my previous review. They provided free return shipping, corrected the lenses, and shipped them again. Thank you for your prompt corrective actions. PREVIOUS REVIEW: This office has seen alot of change over the years. This office has seen alot of change over the years. Currently they are below par. We ordered glasses for my daughter at college. They were shipped to her at college and she received glasses that had not seen the finishing step of the process - the glass edges of the lenses had not been ground to smoothness, and were very sharp. She called iCare and they said to ship them back or find a local place to do it. They did not apologize. They did not offer free return shipping. I LOVE this office!! The ladies of the desk are phenomenal and super friendly! Dr. G is super knowledgeable and very kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
