I went in for an eye exam and contact lens fitting. The exam was thorough and doctor was knowledgeable. This is the first time I am getting contact lens so I was informed that I need to get a training before they give me a prescription. As per my insurance the training is a part of the fitting and no extra charge. But the lady at the front wants to charge for it saying all offices charge for it and more over they are charging less. I moved from Herndon, VA to Maryland in November of 2019. It is now 2025 and I recently had my annual eye exam and yes... I drove to Herndon. That really says it all. My wife and I appreciate and highly value the quality of eye care service as well as the cordial and professional demeanor of the office staff. Top notch team all the way!
