UPDATE: My prescription glasses delivery has taken a whole month due to a disastrous lens mixup. I received my glasses with the wrong lenses after 2 weeks. 4 weeks later I'm still waiting for my new, correct lenses and frame. The mixup is horrible, and customer service is severely lacking. My first visit to I Care Doctor Herndon was a very pleasant experience. The staff was patient and took their time with me during my visit. Dr. Ghannam is cool,calm and efficient conducting my eye exam which was long due. Ms. MJ was charming and pleasant, and explained my benefits and options for all eyewear purchases. She too was calm and knows her stuff. Customers need this type of customer service. Of course, I will be going back to this optometrist in the future.
Leyden is amazing. She is one of the main reason we come here. Professional and excellent at her job in finding right solution.
I went in for an eye exam and contact lens fitting. The exam was thorough and doctor was knowledgeable. This is the first time I am getting contact lens so I was informed that I need to get a training before they give me a prescription. As per my insurance the training is a part of the fitting and no extra charge. But the lady at the front wants to charge for it saying all offices charge for it and more over they are charging less.
