Stay AWAY from this place! Terrible office staff, rude and unorganized. Dr's give no instructions. Went in for a torn calf muscle. Dr. ordered and wrote script for MRI as well as Meds. No instructions were given on where to get the MRI, had to call around on my own to find a place only to find that it would cost 1100.00 and my insurance wouldn't cover it. No instructions were given for care of the torn muscle or for the swelling (ie. elevation, ice pak, heat pak etc.) I went back and explained MRI wasn't covered and asked if... read more
It was by far the best I've ever been treated at a medical office in my life. The staff and the doctor was so nice and helpful, and I got all my questions answered. The clinic I went to was located at pershing ave. and they treated my kids absolutely great and the doctor knew exactly what they needed. I went on Friday got the prescription I needed, and my kids are already up and running!
Never go here. We were on Vacation from Canada and we went to the office (near Walmart don't know the address) my cousin was very sick and after looking for clinics online and seeing all the great reviews on their website we decided to go to this clinic ( and it was the closest to our resort). When she went to see if they took her insurance they said they did not take insurance from Canada and she would have to pay and then see if she was reimbursed by her insurance or pay the full price (very rude by the way). Excellent service they are offering
My husband and I were on our honeymoon when his cold took a turn for the worse. The staff at this clinic were extremely rude to us after we signed in . My husband was taken back to his room, while 2 more groups of people signed in after us for similar medical issues (none urgent). The woman nurse brought her friend back and cut her in line. She then brought back the second group & the Dr saw them before my husband as well. Horrible follow-up ... Doctor does not listen ... Seemed not to care ... just took my money and rushed me out the door with no other waiting patients ... My first visit was OK ... the follow-up was a waste of time & money. He does not care ... I guess you get what you pay for ...
This is the cheapest and quickest clinic i have ever visit here in Florida. The docotr and the medical assistants were very nice and made me feel confortable.
