On Sunday our AC stopped working.i call ed The owner Tim at 7am Monday. He told me someone would come over in the afternoon between 12-5. At 330 I got a text he was close by. He arrived cat 345. He found out the capacitor went bad from storm surge. He repaired it quickly and efficiently. I have had to New Rheem units installed at 2 homes over the past 15 years! Another great experience with I Care Air Care! They replaced the evaporator coil in my AC system today, and Cesar did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and the system was operating properly before wrapping up.
