I wish I could give less than 1 star review. The service was terrible. The tech said she was following my natural brow line but she cut off half my eyebrows with the scissors, not even thread, and they aren’t aligned or symmetrical either. You can see the shape is not natural to my face based on my tan lines. I have been coming here for years, going out of my way to drive 15 miles back to my old neighborhood each way, and I’m never coming back again.
Worst experience ever.. it used to be my favorite place a couple years ago. Today I went back. Lady with glasses and bangs with brown to burnet hair color. Ask me to check my eyebrows after she “completed them” and a minute after said, “hurry up I have more customers” even thou my sibling was the only person sitting waiting. The place was empty apart from that. I ask to remove a hair she responded that “they are perfect”.
