Most of the times I have gone everyone has done a really good job. Recently went and basically had the entire arch taken off one of my eyebrows. In what world are these even.

They messed up my friends eye lashes and wouldn’t give her a refund. So she had no choice to take there option of having the same people who messed them up to redo them. Who would want someone who already messed up the first time to try again!!!! No they told her it’s not in there policy to give her a refund which is BS. And she’s not the only friend I have who’s gone there and had the same thing happen. Today, I wanted to get an eyelash lift because I am going on vacation soon. I’ve already had a bad experience in this business but it was 2 years ago so I thought maybe give it another shot. The lady who did my eyelash lift was incredibly sweet. When my lash lift was done, it looked nice. However, not even 10 minutes later, they start getting really curly and clumped together. Dee threaded my eyebrows and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this place and her specifically!
I drive all the way from PCB every 2 weeks to get my eyebrows done here. I reccomend them to anyone!
