Terrible experience at this salon! The lady doing my face wax completely messed up and pulled off my skin, leaving painful scars on my face (see picture). When I told her the wax felt way too hot and was burning, she ignored me and insisted I didn’t know anything. After the damage was done, instead of apologizing, she had the nerve to blame me and say it’s because I have “soft skin.” What a ridiculous excuse! I strongly advise against going to this studio. I’ve been there twice, about six months apart, only because my regular eyebrow salon wasn’t available and I needed a quick fix. Both times, I walked out with deep, painful cuts on my face, it honestly looked like I had been scratched by a cat. The threading was rough, and I was left bleeding and extremely uncomfortable. I truly regret not waiting for my usual place. Unless you want to risk visible cuts and pain, I wouldn’t recommend this salon.
If I can put negative stars I will. This place is disaster, I went there ugly, come out uglier. My hair color and trim is the worst I have ever had in life. The hair cut looked like some kindergarden played with my hair. Never again. Stay away from this salon
My salon cancelled on me last minute for 2 events I had which is my son ‘S wedding. Good luck for I called blossom beauty Salon and was able to fulfil my demand. Ilakshi the staff there did an amazing job in providing excellent service for my hair and makeup for both days. I received lots of compliments for excellent look where very few recognized me. Awesome job Ilakshi. I will recommend you in a blink of an eye.
