Javier, was the greatest to work with. My husband showed him all of our termite and dry rotted facia boards a long with a badly damaged 4x8x18 rough sawn patio cover rafter that’s over a koi pond. A lower patio cover with a rough sawn 6x10x15 beam also had to go. You don’t get these big pieces of lumber at Home Depot. Javier knows where to go. All replaced wood is painted before install.
