Long wait. Appointment was scheduled for 11 am. My father didn't see a Doctor until past 3 pm. The receptionist kept saying there's 4 Doctors and shows no compassionate, no concern. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment. Have everyone sign in and call the patient per your sign in sheet. My father is 74 years old. Was in a lot of pain.
