They lie to You over the phone, just to get You in the showroom, then change their story once You are there! And when I talked to the Manager over the phone, and called him out about their lies and games they were playing, things got heated and he got upset and called me a Motherf****r, and told me why don't you come see me.!!! So basically made a threat of violence, as I interpreted it. Not very professional!
I was a cosigner for a vehicle at I95 ****** and I was never told nor did I know that the price of used cars had gone up. Had I known I would have never gotten the car. The *** value as we found out was $16,000 and they sold us a used 2018 JEEP CHEROKEE for $33,023.47. Any car dealership should let the customers know that used car prices have gone up versus a new car. I feel like I was overcharged for this car. I still have till 2028 to make payments. Never again!
I am 54 years old and have purchased several cars. I bought a used Toyota Highlander for $25,000 dollars and six months later, after my daughter could not pay afford it. I went back and I told them I was offered $16,000 at CarMax. I would buy a new one to have a payment for what I wanted to drive if they could be reasonable on trade in since they made $9,000 dollars. Wow this place is awful, they literally lied to me for almost 6 hours making promises apparently they knew they couldnt keep, finally when I go to sign paperwork they still don't tell me the truth until I ask for specifications. If they know you are desperate they will take advantage of you, then when you bring their poor business practices up to the manager he disrespects you. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. I purchase a 2020 ********* from Toyota in March of this year and I went back to them to show them the paint was peeling on the bumper they told me to contact *** and I was like I purchase it from Toyota and I was told there was nothing they could do basically so I went to the *** dealership and they kept giving me the run around and it took a cpl of months be for I finally was able to put in a claim since it was still under warranty but 3wks later after I called to find out when I could take the car to get it painted they t... read more
Do not go to this dealership!!!!!! They charge more than 1700 over their advertised price. Then the car had a safety issue. The dealership left me and my 11yr old stranded. I had to Uber 90 miles home.
Great service from I-95 Toyota and my salesman, Mike G*******.Mike worked with me to find the perfect red Camry for me and to put me in a payment plan that works for me. I would highly recommend Mike to any prospective buyer.
