Service dept. has been A1 for my 2 trykes. After the Lynnwood dealership dumped me had to go to Issaquah and glad I did. Sales depth sold me the F3, 15k now sprocket trashed I trust it will get done right.
I can't complain at all, I e-mailed them about a bike they had with a price I had in mind, and they got back to me very quickly, and we came to a price I am happy with. They didn't try to talk me into buying anything I did want or add huge fees, which other dealerships did try and do. Got a fantastic deal on a Can-Am Spyder F3-T a few weeks ago and could not be happier with the people at I-90 Motorsports. Everyone from sales to service to parts to finance was just fantastic to work with. They even helped me get into a training course that was previously marked as "full" so I can get my trike endorsement on my license sooner rather than later. I've bought toys from a number of dealerships over the past several years, and my first and most recent purchase from I90 was the best.
Very disappointed. Brought the family in today to look at purchasing our summer toys. With 2 young boys interested in dirt bikes, me interested in an R1, and a potential family jet ski purchase, I was hoping for some interest from the sales staff. Was in the shop for 40 minutes, no one said hello, let alone asked me if I wanted any help. After 25 minutes I took to sitting on every bike, in every side by side, in the vain hope someone would at least come over and ask me to stay off the vehicles, but I didn't even get that.
