Dr Seifert is the best! I was pretty skittish my first visit; he's a big guy and I thought it would hurt, but the doc isn't forceful. He leverages his adjustments perfectly, figuring out where your range of motion is so he can assist your body back into alignment with ease. Has helped immensely with migraines and allergies. I always leave feeling better!
