I-79 Honda is awesome. I hate, I mean hate, dealing with car dealerships and sales people in general but this was anything but a typical experience. Shelby was super responsive and easy to work with. I was out of state and she was so accommodating with all of my questions. I arrived about 45 minutes before they closed on Friday and they had me out of there in 10 minutes. Best experience ever!
I would not recommend the service department at I-79 Honda in Morgantown. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my 2025 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid in on December 18, 2025 for a simple emblem installation. From the start, the environment was unprofessional and dismissive. While waiting, I overheard an employee say, “Who puts emblems on a dirty car,” yet no car wash was offered before installation. My wife found a 2026 Honda Pilot Black Edition and we were given too dollar for our trade-in and got a great deal on the Pilot. One of the smoothest and quickest car buying experiences i have ever had. We live out of state, everything was done over the phone and we were in and out in 15 minutes! Dave, Joe and Dallas were awesome to deal with and we couldn’t be happier!
