Leaving this review on behalf of my parents, whose dashboard on their ADA wheelchair conversion Odyssey lit up while driving through Morgantown. They pulled in to this dealer for help. Since they were driving through, the staff bumped them to the front of the queue. They quickly identified the problem, which was simpler than the dashboard lights indicated, and got them back on the road within 90 minutes. The best experience ever! Love my CR-V
Terrible experience from start to finish. My car has been sitting at this Honda location for over a week. For the first two days, they claimed they couldn’t find the keys and tried blaming the tow truck driver and the dealership I bought it from — only to later admit they had the keys the entire time. They also left my window down during a storm, soaking the inside of my car. I let that slide and didn’t even complain.
