Came into the dealership and found a car I liked on the showroom floor. Test drove it, agreed a fair price for my trade and they ran my credit for approval. Then they came to me and showed me the numbers and all of a sudden the price of the car went up $5,000. I asked why and showed them the sticker price as well as the price they had on the stand next to the car and they told me it was a mistake and someone wrote the wrong price. Will never be back there, complete waste of my time.
Excellent selection of used vehicles. They really are a HUGE step above other used car dealerships. EVERY car on their lot is meticulously detailed and serviced. They went above and beyond to help my mom get the car she wanted. Highly recommend you end up here after you've seen all the other used cars... they will give you great customer service and make sure you are taken care of.
What you see is what you get with I5 motors. Their online price, is the best around, and they know it. So negotiating the price down further is a hard sell, probably will not happen. All in all, the buying process went smooth. But, I wanted to wait this review out to get a good feel for my car. I purchased a 2013 328I. Best car buying experience to date! Ken Rachal was easy to work with, very personable, friendly, no pressure, just helpful! Came from out of state, the paperwork was ready to sign, Ken filled up the gas tank ,and I drove home! Can't go wrong, go buy a car from Ken today! Thanks I-5 Motors!
Most stress-free car buying experience ever. We were looking at a 2013 BMW X3. The price we researched was the actual price with no nasty surprises. No hard-sell tactics or pressure to use their in-house financing. We actually met the GM so there was no extensive back-and-forth negotiations with a General Manager sitting in the ivory tower (stuff you see at other larger car dealerships) pulling the strings. This place is horrible. They advertised the car at very low price then told us that it only has a few problems to fix. We took the car cuz we were interested and trusted what they told us and inspected the car at a certified dealer, and it came out with a bunch of problems. The car was about 4600 dollars, and it will cost us that same amount to fix the car.... My husband who is in us military emailed them and contacted, but no one responded. Buying my car here was the least stressful car experience I have EVER had. Jim Walker was kind, not pushy, and easy to work with. He cares about not just the sale, but the people that are sitting in front of him. Usually I'm really stressed when I have to purchase a car, but with Jim it felt like I was just talking with a friend. The car itself was priced lower in the showroom than online, and they honored the lower price. Financing was easy and even pleasant! Thank you everyone for being so amazing!
