The manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and practical in every respect. The policies and general approach of the company itself were much more reasonable than most storage facilities now seem to be. And the rates were more competitive than many of the other places I visited as well.
From my 1st call, to the visit to look at the unit and the rental process, Melissa has been wonderful. She is friendly, helpful and knows her business. Thank you for an easy process all around during a stressful time.
