We bought our car here and had a wonderful experience. The sales people were super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Today we went in for a recall and oil change, and I have to say the service department is just as awesome! They are super polite and helpful. They even shuttled myself and my newborn and three year old home and then back to pick up my car. Their shuttle driver Tyler was super personable and helpful! I will definitely bring my car back for future service needs, and would highly recommend them!
Great experience once we got introduced to Kris and he finished everything for us! Very kind and straightforward. He told us everything in advance and explained everything to us. Thanks Kris, we love our new truck!! When we are ready for a new one we will definitely come back to see Kris!
Dan Piles and his team took care of me very well during a breakdown. They checked out my truck, quickly found the problem, and got me fixed up. I'm very impressed with the service department here, and would honestly drive down from Seattle because I am so impressed with them. Thank you again so much!
Complete crap. Sold me a vehicle 6 months ago that has a $4000 problem. Sold me a warranty I can't use to fix it and told me I can only get a prorated refund less a cancellation fee. I hope this place goes out of business, this is dirty.
