Purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland today. What a great experience. Mike, Rob and Felix were the best; friendly, professional and delivered as promised. I see no need to go anywhere else for a Jeep. This is what an auto dealer experience should be measured against.
Friendly staff. Lexi helped us find 2 new cars. Her knowledge about trucks helped me out a bunch. She listened to what my wife wanted and found her the perfect fit. Felix made financing a breeze and explained things very clearly. I look forward to getting a third vehicle from them
Went in for an oil change got there early, they got my car in and out super quick. Staff were friendly. They dealt with my almost two year old running around having fun. 😀
Ridiculous! Tried selling a suv with a blown engine for $500 over kbb's good condition! "Inspections went fine" "no notes on issues" HA! Trying to take advantage of female customers is a bit cliche don't you think?
Went into 1-5 dodge dealer in Chehalis this weekend. I told them what i was looking for and they found the car we wanted for us. Although it wasn't equipped with everything I wanted on it. They made some adjustments for me and now we have the car we wanted. We are so happy with our choice of car and dealership. If we are ever in need of another vehicle we will be going back to 1-5 Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram in Chehalis. Thank you very much for your service guys.
