I needed a car right away and I had some strict limitations but Charlie took a lot of time to help me find a car and it's working out amazingly.
Buyer beware. Check, check, and triple check your used vehicle before purchasing. Whatever inspections they claim are obviously not accurate or enough. We bought our 2006 pathfinder in January and have been without it for nearly a month. Have had it in 3 shops and no one can figure out the issue. Already costing more than a car payment to look into what's causing the horrible vibration. Only 2 payments made only 70 to go.
Kris with Washington Auto Credit is amazing. I went in there about 5pm with a glimmer of hope that someone might be able to get me a reliable car that didn't overheat multiple times a day... And left at almost 10pm, hours after the business actually closed, with a beautiful car within my budget. Thank you Kris and I5 Toyota for helping me!
Our experience buying our car was great. We however have had some problems with our car since we bought it, but I-5 Toyota has been very good with us about helping repair the vehicle.
