Was our "home" for two years... nice people, good maintenance, quiet area with quiet people. Great for an overnight stay or a long extended stay. Nice laundry facility and pool/playground area. There is also fishing and fun loving duckies that hang around too.

The new owner of this place is no better than Obama. Obama hasn't showed up to Baton Rouge after the flood until Trump made his way. Just like the owner hasn't showed up to my house after my ceiling has fell in due to all the rains and now we find out we have mold in our house that we HAD our babies living in. In our time of need the OWNER is no where to be found. He hasn't fixed the first thing in my house (like he said he would when they bought the trailer park) but he is sure quick to raise our rent $150 in the past year.... read more
My rent reasonable price! And it really quite! I love the salt water pool! There r dog friendly?
