I took my Jeep in today for a Jeep recall. My drivers side electric window was working . I left and my drivers side window was broken. This makes window regulator number 4 that has broken on this 2011 Jeep. I would be ashamed if I were the Jeep dealership putting out vehicles that have faulty window regulators. It leaves a really bad taste in my mouth because the window was fine before I took it in for the recall.
Customer service was great and I will share that with my friends. Comfy chairs and pleasant people.
Went to pick up my vehicle. Everyone seemed like they were to busy to help when I walked in.(with covid it is hard to know where to stand and not being in someones 6ft area) The first gentlemen tried to help then said I need to wait for Alan. He was on the phone after a few minutes first gentlemen came back and helped me. He went to get the car. I could see he paused for a bit then drove the car over. Spoke to Mark Stewart this morning I was there before seven he got there and found out what was wrong with my truck it was a sunvisor ordered a brand new one and told me they’d have it ready by noon also he had my vehicle washed I was very happy I found he was very efficient called me up let me know what was going on and that’s it I highly recommend Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram I 10 at great service this is my second dodge that I’ve had from them by
