Found my vehicle on the internet. Ralph went out of his way to provide all the info I was asking for. He provided a personal walk around video of the vehicle as well. Well worth the travel for this purchase.

Worst communication ever! David, service representative, kept saying 'I'll call you right back'', which would turn into 3 hours! I didn't even get my jeep home before the same problems occurred. I went to I 10 Chrysler since Chrystal Chrysler has a bad reputation. They use courtesy delivery vehicles for their own personal use, putting 1,100 miles on it before notifying the owner.
