Had our 1st service completed on our 2018 Dodge Durango R/T today. The service advisor Andy was very courteous and professional. The job was done quickly and I was notified by phone when it was ready to pickup, as promised. We also saw our salesman Hector and was surprised that he remembered our names since it been several months since we purchased the vehicle. We had some less than stellar experiences with this dealership service department in the past but from all appearances they are improving.
Ricky, our Sales Person was outstanding. I went there to browse on Jeep as a tow car for our motorhome. Ricky was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I got the bells and whistles of what I would like my Jeep to have. He searched online as they don’t have the Jeep I want on their inventory. He found it and I have my Jeep in 2 days. Staff was wonderful when I walked in very curious to me. it was a easy check in and out unlike the other Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Palm Springs. They take time to explain everything that would be happening today to me and broke it down To an easy explanation. If something wasn't covered I was told why and they would go over the contract with me to explain it that is why I like and prefer this one much more they gave me the courtesy to teach me and help me.
