Very pleasant office. I have been coming here for many years. The office underwent some staff change however I'm very loyal and will be coming back.

He is a terrible doctor. I had to call 4 times to have my prescription renewed and he never did it. I had an appt and went there just to pick up and make sure he called it in since it had been 6 days since i had run out of medicine. He held my prescription hostage until I paid my co pay even though i wasn't there to have a session only to make sure he called in my prescription. It is very dangerous to go cold turkey off an antidepressant but he didn't care, he only cared about his $20 co pay and

he took his time with me.. asked a lot of questions, and made it priority to come up with a plan instead of just putting me on medication. I will definitely return.

Dr. Hyzak is likeable but habitually keeps patients waiting long past their appointment time. On more than one occasion, I have waited more than 40 minutes past my appointment time. His office staff are friendly and nice but seemingly ineffective. There are also problems with getting a return call.
