Booked a 10 am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Did not receive my back until 1:30 pm. That's 3 1/2 hours later...! Why ?

The past two times I have had my vehicle serviced, it has taken 2-3 hours longer than quoted. I appreciate that they text you during the process, but they never respond when you ask a question. Furthermore, after waiting 6 hours yesterday for a job that was quoted 2-3 hours, they never updated the sticker on my windshield for my next oil change milage, or reset the service countdown in my car. So now every time I get in my car it beeps that service is due, and now they want me to drive back 40 minutes one way to correct that... read more

Have had my Elantra for 14 years! Never had it serviced anywhere but Hyundai NC. Occasionally the wait time has been longer than I would have liked, but overall my experience(s) has been good. Percy is my regular Service Rep. He is honest, funny, knowledgeable, and always professional. Recently had the pleasure of Aaron as my Service Rep. Explained a time constraint I had on that particular day, and he kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle. Was able to meet my obligation!!! I take good care of my cars—this one is nearly 20 years old with around 180,000 miles. There was a slight leak in the gasket that was covered by a recall in 2022, so I scheduled an appointment with the company for a new alternator, gasket, and cover. It took almost three weeks to complete, which is a ridiculous amount of time for a repair like this. During the process, they tried to upsell me on another gasket repair, quoting me $3,000. Save yourself a lot of time and avoid this service center. They are all extremely unprofessional and lack communication skills. I've called 10+ times over the course of 2 days to get an update on my wife's vehicle and haven't received a call back. I got someone on the phone one of those times and they said they couldn't help me and needed to transfer me. Multiple voicemails and text messages later and 0 help or follow up. A simple oil change, tire rotation, and alignment shouldn't take over 48 hours.
